Hi, I am having problems trying to add my Ultra camera to my Arlo smart premier account.
When I go to manage cameras it will not allow me to drag my Ultra camera into the plan.
I'm trying to do this from the website not sure if I have to use the app or should it work from the website.
Any help with this matter would be appreciated

Not sure if it matters but is this a new subscription or one that's been around for a while (legacy)? There are issues when using a legacy subscription that canceling and resubscribing may resolve.
