Grant Access with pre-existing account

I had some issues with my base station so I reset and re-installed the cameras. I deleted my wife access and resend the access. When we click on the email to accept access it defaults to create an account. My wife login in to her account and the cameras do not appear. Need help.

Did you re-select the cameras that your wife will have access to?

Yes I have selected all the cameras like I did before and still no cameras are shown.

Does the same happen over the Web portal? Which device is she using along with the OS & Arlo app version?

Hi, did you solve the problem with your wife to access her account? 

We reset to the direct storage access, then my wife could not access her account now. Thank you. Dan

If you happen to reset your base station make sure to add the granted access account back and allow permissions for the cameras you want to grant access to.
