Cannot record locally when it's connected to hub

I have a vmb4000 hub. Purchased a Ultra 4k camera. While it connects to the hub and live streams I cant local record. Any ideas? Thanks

When in live 4k stream mode you can not live record or take a snapshot. If you turn it off you can. It is an Arlo thing, same on Pro3.
