Cannot buy subscription. "Arlo master plan not assigned on the account" error message.

Whenever I try to buy the subscription, any of the two, I get the error message "Arlo master plan not assigned on the account". Anyone has any idea why?

I'm noit sure what this means. Are you using the master account or one that's been granted access?

Are you using the main account for the system, or are you using a secondary "friend" account?
