I currently have 2 Arlo Pro2 cameras with the base station. Can I just add the Arlo Ultra to this or does the Arlo Ultra require a new base station? And if it requires a new base station, can my existing Arlo Pro2 cameras run on the Arlo Ultra base station?

At this time the Ultra can only run on the Ultra base.

But, you can add the Pro/2 cameras to the Ultra base as it is backward compatable.

You can also run the old base station (with its alarm) side by side with the new hub (no alarm). "Rules" can then link devices on the two base stations.

So an Ultra camera on its hub can trigger recordings on a Pro 2 camera on its base station.
