Cameras failure - missed the deadline to send it back

I contacted support who did not communicate very clearly and was able to show my camera would not work. Apparently I missed the deadline to send it back. I have called, email, and attempted to chat using the worthless chat option.

The camera will not connect to the hub. I have submitted a claim for a replacement camera after talking to customer service and troubleshooting.

When you say the camera does not work? What behavior are you seeing? Can you provide more details?
