I got a 4 pack of the Ultra camera to compare it to my nest IQ’s and these are the worst camera’s I’ve ever used. I don’t know how they put these back on the market. Couldn’t even get a live feed. Could hear myself but that’s it. The auto zoom only works when you are close which is completely worthless. Don’t buy if you’ve been thinking about it. Going straight back to Best Buy.

Hello, I'll be the first to say that these cameras have at times given me fits and spent hours troubleshooting. However, when the kinks are worked out, they're very good. The key is, do you have the patience to work through it. I would totally understand that not everyone does. I wish you success.

Would you like some assistance with your system? May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.
