Arlo Ultra System multiple issues

Arlo has become extremely disappointing. My wife can't access recordings anymore as a Granted User, yet everything has been removed, reinstalled and regranted. I can't access recordings locally recorded anymore, yet I've essentially reset the entire system. I keep getting "There was an error obtaining your library. Arlo team is working on this issue." Yeah, right. They want you to get a subscription. I don't need a subscription when I record locally. You do a search for your issue(s), and you find statements that the issue has been resolved, but there's never a posted resolution. They suck.
