My Arlo Ultra Hub stopped connecting.  It lost connection to one camera at a time until it wouldn't connect to the internet anymore.  The same ethernet cable works with other products.  Attempted to factory reset and does not work.  Held button for 10+ seconds ever time with zero changes.  Had system for 4 years.

This could indicate hardware failure. What is the LED behavior on the SmartHub after a factory reset?

It won’t actually reset. It will stay blue and never connect or stay Amber and never connect. I probably need to replace the hub but was hoping to avoid the expense.
