Arlo phone app keeps getting a blue screen with Arlo logo

  • When I tried to open the Arlo phone app today all I keep getting are is a blue screen with the Arlo logo. 
    what can I do to get the cameras back operating on my iPhone.

Try this:

  1. restart the phone
  2. put it into airplane mode (both wifi and mobile data disabled)
  3. launch the app
  4. wait for the internet connection failure message
  5. take the phone out of airplane mode.

You should then be able to log in again.
