My 3 cameras and base are less than a year old. When it was time to charge one of the cameras, it didn't flash blue when attached to the charger, and it wouldn't charge. I tried unplugging/rebooting the base tower and this seemed to get the camera charging (i.e. it flashed blue). It charged normally, and I remounted it outside when it was fully charged. Everything appeared normal. However, it began to drain immediately and within one day had 0% charge. The question is: What do I do when my camera won't hold a charge?

One test is to swap the camera with one in a different location - to see if the problem moves with the camera or not.
A similar test is to swap the battery with one in a different camera, to see if the battery is the problem [or not].
Once you've sorted it out, if it is the camera or battery, you can contact support (using the options in the app), and ask for a replacement.
