So excited about the HomeKit announcement.
I just want to CONFIRM that homekit integration works even if the cameras are operating wirelessly. (Perhaps because the hub stays plugged in?) I know other homekit cameras are typically wired. Is anyone able to confirm this?
Also, can the white shells of these cameras be painted to match my house better?

Yes, Arlo cameras with HomeKit support work when the camera is powered by battery or AC.
We don't recommend modifying your cameras as this could potentially damage the camera, voiding the warranty.
