4K local live streaming not available anymore

Hi, I recently ended my Arlo premier 1 year trial in order to fix an issue I was having with activity zones (issue now fixed). I signed up to a new premier subscription (exactly the same plan I was trialling) but now I no longer get 4K Local SD recording or 4K Live streaming. My cloud recordings have improved from 1080p to 2k. But what used to be 4K is now only 2k.

What’s going on?? According to Arlo on other forum threads it says live streaming locally should still be 4K regardless of what plan I’m on as per attachment.

How can I get local 4K live streaming back ? It’s abit of a scam if they let you trial a product for a year and you like the product and subscribe to it only to find out it’s completely different to what you have been trialling!!
