I’ve got an Ultra 3 camera system, installed 3 months ago. Works fine to look at live footage but have just realised it’s not recording to base unit or the cloud (I got a premier 1
year subscription with my purchase). have tried deleting the cameras and reinstalling but hasn’t fixed the issue. Very frustrating after spending $1,500 on this
