Hello everyone. I'd appreciate some pointers please.
I have one Ultra base, with 4 Ultras connected to it. I have a premium sub.
Motion record works on all of them. But only 3 of them records to cloud. 1 records to local SD card only.
How do I fix this? I don't see any obvious settings to change where to record the footage to on that particular Ultra....

It sounds like you have at least a trial subscription for 3 out of the 4 cameras. Can you confirm that?

Oh I didn't realise subscription is per camera based? I just thought one subscription (currently the free one that came with the pack) means any camera I add to the base unit is cover. Not so? How do I check this?

The subscription is for up to 5 cams. You can check in settings<subscription and then manage cameras to make sure all all active. If all four were new they should be on trial.
