Arlo ultra intermittently not recording even i have subscribed to CVR

Bloody Frustrating!!!!!! i have got 3 Arlo ultra on CVR subscription & i have got wifi mesh with 2GBPS broadband in my house! And intermittently it will stop recording i cannot retrieve my videos! How do i refund everything! your product is sub par! quality
