No live 4k video (with audio) or local access to library.

Hello, I am having an issue that shows 2 different conditions, I hope someone can help to solve it (I am in my home network).
1. When the app shows access to library, the live 4k video is not working (shows a black screen with audio).
2. When the live 4k local streaming is working, library disappears and not even the options Cloud or Local Hub is displayed.
I have tried with Android and IoS and behaviour seems the same; however, it sometimes shows one behaviour or the other. I have already reinstalled the app, reinitiated the hub, re-added the cameras and reinitiated the phones with no success to keep them both working (Not sure if it might be an app bug).
