I bought Arlo Ultra from shop with 1 year plan included, but I don't get that option. Only payable plans and 1 month free.
The support number and live chat don't work in weekends

Also, did you purchase the camera in a different country from where you live?

Yes, Norway is in the list, and i bought it in Norway

The free trial should have been automatically added to the account, unless the Verisure deal is somehow getting in the way.
