I just cannot charge the batteries in my cameras. Had the same problem since day 1 - sometimes it has helped to switch batteries between the cameras and suddenly it works. Now even that does not help. The support is useless as always - only suggestion is to reinstall the cameras, although I explained a thousand times that it does not help. Anyone, any suggestions - the system is rather useless if you cannot charge the batteries...

That would seem to imply a connection issue when attempting to charge. Have you tried cleaning all contacts?

Yes I have tried to clean the contact areas on both charger and camera house

Have you tried a different charger with the same output specs? It might be useful to get the external charging station and an extra battery.

Yes I have to try something like that I guess.  Just a bit disappointed with Arlo as I reported this issue like day 1 I got the cameras and now they say that the warranty has expired and that is my loss.
