Hi,
Purchased new Ultra 2 kit from Amazon with 4 cameras 6 weeks ago, just installed the new VMB5000r6 hub last week, I notice the hub intermittently flashes orange for unto 30 minutes and then returns to blue, all the cameras connected stay on line and work perfectly recording and storing videos. I raised a case with support and they agreed to send a replacement. I have received an email from DHL that they have received a parcel from A NOVO UK LTD, is this a company ARLO uses? When searching the web the company seems to be a mobile repair specialist and linked to many scams.
Does anyone have any information about ARLO using this company and wondering if I am going to get a refurbished hub? I want a new replacement as it's nearly new.
My alternative is to return the kit to Amazon under their return policy which I don't want to do as will need to send cameras back too.
I have 2 other v4 hubs operational also connected via CAT 8 ethernet cables to same fibre broadband and they don't show the same problem and remain showing blue light. I am a long term user so I am familiar with ARLO

UPDATE: Following an RMA, I have received what looks like a refurbished VMB5000r4 hub from A NOVO UK LTD to replace my new VMB5000r6 purchased from Amazon, obviously ARLO in the UK is using A NOVO UK LTD for third party for replacements, not happy with an old r4 hub and added my displeasure on a support case, requested a" like for like replacement".
Any comments welcome

Hi, I am but Amazon want the 4 camera kit returned as a whole not just the Hub, didn't really want to remove the cameras again.

Despite numerous updates to the case and a phone call 9 days ago who promised to escalate - no response from Arlo Support - apart from request to close the case!!!
