I bought 1 set of Arlo Ultra 2 with 4 cameras here in Singapore and brought them back to the Philippines. My mistake was that I didn't check first the availability of secure plans subscription in the Philippines before buying the set. After paying a total of SGD1,600 through an accredited vendor in the Singapore, the system renders itself useless now in the Philippines. I am wondering if I could still return the set and request for a refund based on grounds that secure plans subscription is not available in the Philippines.
Can someone from Arlo offer the best advice?

Since Singapore can get subscriptions, I'd suggest removing the cameras from your account, return to Singapore and set them up there with a new account. Subscribe with a Singapore credit card and move the system to the Philippines.
