I’m no longer able to access camera recordings in Library saved to the DS on base station; it just tries to load indefinitely.

 

I’ve rebooted the base station several times and even reset the hub and re-added the cameras. Still not able to load recorders.

Did you mean SD card?  (I don't know what DS is.)

 

Make sure the dropdown on the Library screen is your base station and not Cloud.

Yes. Sorry, I meant SD.

The selection is on base station and no filter is applied so everything should display.

Are you at home on the same network? Are you using a VPN?

I’m at home, on the same network, just trying to get the recordings from the local Library.

And the VPN question? Have you tried a different mobile device?

Not on VPN. Happens on all devices.
