Unable to access camera recordings in library saved to DS on Base Station. Loads indefinitely.

I’m no longer able to access camera recordings in Library saved to the DS on base station; it just tries to load indefinitely.
I’ve rebooted the base station several times and even reset the hub and re-added the cameras. Still not able to load recorders.

Did you mean SD card? (I don't know what DS is.)
Make sure the dropdown on the Library screen is your base station and not Cloud.

The selection is on base station and no filter is applied so everything should display.
