On one of my two Ultra 2 cameras, when I start and then end "Live Streaming" on the Web Portal, it shows a distorted still image (first attached pic). This issue remains no matter how many times I go back and forth to "Live Streaming"...note that this Ultra 2 is zoomed approximately 2X and also note that live streaming looks just fine.
While the distorted still image is showing in the web portal and, at the same time I login to the app, the same distorted image shows on the app, but when I start and then end "Live Streaming" on the app, while also watching the Web Portal, the still image on the app looks just fine and at the same time, since I do have the Web Portal up, I can watch the distorted still image change back to the normal still image (second attached pic)...same thing happens, in reverse, if I have the app up and go in and out of "Live Streaming" on the Web Portal, which then comes up distorted, I can watch the image on the app change to the distorted image.

Oops, wrong answer. I'm trying now with a browser but getting a timeout error. I'll keep trying.
Edit: live view on my Chromebook using Chrome gives me a blank white screen on multiple cameras, not just an Ultra. Gotta work on this...

Browser issue. ANother browser works fine with an Ultra (not an Ultra 2). I guess I'd remove the camera and re-add it to see if that helps.

Well, that worked...I forgot, "remove and re-add" is the Arlo mantra 😉
Of course, just don't let my wife hear that or she may try it with me 🙄
