Base offline ultra

System went offline due to internet issue. Internet resolved but base cannot reconnect. Tried every troubleshooting step. Solid amber light. Chat was no help.

If you haven't already, try power cycling your router and hub, in that order. Let the router finish booting up before powering the hub.
