Can you confirm the change of mode your getting by using the arlo mobile app?

If you’re using the arlo web portal in browser, use incognito window within the browser to confirm the status.

You should also be able to see if the cameras are disabled by viewing the devices page and identifying if the motion indication icon dot is active (black) or disabled (grey) to confirm.
