One out of the six cameras I recently purchased keeps going offline. I did everything support chat instructed, e.g. reset, update firmware, reload app …etc, still goes offline every a few hours. Told them that since all the other cameras connected to the same base station doesn’t have this problem, it’s likely the camera is defective. The specific camera is next to the base station so cannot be a signal issue and it has 93% battery. Arlo support is no help. Been a loyal customer for 10+ years. I’m very disappointed and will not recommend arlo anymore.
