And also the ultra 2 camera, it really slow recording (sometimes not recording at all) because, the notification show me it detects a car, once I click to review the notification, the car already gone(not showing on the screen. No place to upload the video to show you guys the video)my neighbor told me there’s this car been driving around our area and taking pictures, and my camera is not recording, all camera and internet/wifi was fine. support was contacted and it wasn’t helpful at all. Can anybody pls, help me with this issue. Thanks for replying…

How far away is the camera from the car?
The spec'd motion detection range is only 25 feet. Vehicles are often detected from further away, but that can be hit or miss. The detection is done by an passive infrared (PIR) sensor on the camera face, so detection does depend on how much IR is coming from the vehicle.
The speed of the vehicle also matters - do you have any estimate on how fast the car was going?

A few seconds for the notification to arrive is normal (though the recording should start as soon as the camera detects motion). A minute is of course excessive. There's no good way to control this, but sometimes rebooting your network and base can help. That is, power down the base, power cycle the router/gateway, and then power up the base after the internet comes back up.
