No resolution regarding broken camera that is only 3 months old

Why cant you email or talk to a human being?  I have spent an hour an a half with the stupidest customer service rep on chat with NO resolution regarding a broken camera that is only three months old!!!!.  I just cancelled my subscription on my other two cameras because I have lost patience and all confidence in Arlo support.
