Cameras are not syncing

HAD ARLO PRO BASE WITH 4 PRO 2 AND 3 PRO INSTALLED. JUST UPGRADED SYSTEM TO ARLO ULTRA 2 BASE WITH 2 ULTRA 2 CAMERAS.  I FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS AND REMOVED ALL CAMERAS AND OLD BASE UNIT FROM APP THEN ADDED NEW ULTRA BASE UNIT BUT I CANNOT SYNC ANY CAMERAS. I'VE SPENT THE LAST TWO DAYS RESETTING THE BASE AND CAMERAS BUT STILL NO LUCK.  I JUST TRIED INSTALLING THE OLD BASE UNIT AND NOW I CAN'T EVEN DO THAT.  I EVEN TRIED MOVING THE BASE UNIT TO ANOTHER ROOM, AWAY FROM MY CABLE WIFI ROUTER AND STILL NO LUCK.  I PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION AND TOLD TO CALL FOR PREMIER SUPPORT BUT WHEN YOU CALL THE MESSAGE SENDS YOU BACK TO THE SUPPORT PAGE.  I'M JUST ABOUT TO SEND THIS BACK, ANY HELP

Try adding the base (and then the cameras) from a PC browser (my.arlo.com) instead of the app.  That will often work when the app doesn't.
