Help is nedeed.

My arlo #ultra2 do

not detecting motion.
I have traid averything. Adjusting all of the setings, and tryed to reboot it. But nothing works.. help me pleas.

Are you getting notifications but no recordings?

Or are you not getting notifications either?

 

Can you livestream the camera?

First I'd run the motion detection test.

 

If you see "Library" in your app menu, then instructions are here:

If you instead see "Feed" and "Dashboard", then instructions are here:

 

 

Assuming that fails:

 

If you have a subscription, you could try using phone support.

 

Another path is try a hardware reset of the camera.  You'd need to

  • remove it from the account,
  • open the camera, and press the sync button until the LED flashes amber (about 15 seconds)
  • add it back to the account.
