Arlo ultra 2 charge oxidized

My Arlo ultra 2 camera is connected with the outdoor cable from arlo. Now the camera isn’t charging anymore because the camera and charger are oxidized.

The three small squares carry the power, the circle is just the magnet.

It looks like one of your three copper squares might be completely gone - is that the case?  Or is it just more badly tarnished than the other two?

Have you tried to use anything to clean off the oxidation?  If you google, you'll find a few simple recipes (lemon juce/white vinegar + table salt being one).

Yes this is the case. One of them is gone.

When did you purchase the camera?  The warranty is one year - the only exception I know is that if you are in Europe and have an Arlo Secure Plus subscription, then the warranty is extended to two years.

You can try support if you like.  If they replace the entire camera, you will need to pay for the return shipping (they will pay for the shipping on the replacement).  Note this is a user-to-user forum, and I do not work for Arlo.
