Just purchased the Arlo 2 three spotlight camera pack. One of the three cameras is not detecting motion nor turning on the spotlight.  I can live stream no issues. I tried turning on and off and adjusting the motion sensitivity.  Any help would be appreciated.

Under modes do you have the correct settings for motion turned on? Also, have you increased the motion sensitivity on the camera?

I had a similar issue with one of my Arlo cameras not detecting motion or turning on the spotlight. First, check if anything is obstructing the camera's view, as objects or walls can impact motion detection. Make sure to adjust the motion sensitivity to a higher level and test it under different lighting conditions.

 

If you haven't already, try removing and reinserting the battery after turning the camera off for about 10 seconds—it can help reset it.
