My camera turned 90°. Not physically because the cameras was not even touched. But the image changed 90°. No idea how it happened. I did not do anything to the camera.
To be clear, the image is not upside down, (180°), it is 90°.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Thank you for responding. I went into My Devices, Device Settings, Video Settings. I tried rotating the image 180°, but all that does is flip it.

Can you try removing and reinstalling the cam to your app?
