Dear Arlo I have never been so frustrated with a company. Your whole customer support is non existence even after a purchased a subscription for a camera so I could speck to support: you still cant talk or get your bot to put me through to a live person

I have 3 base units

Two were bought with free cloud recordings and have worked fine.

Now on one of my bases one of the 5 cameras is saying inactive need subscription and on the 2nd base both of the cameras saying need subscription.

Why?

If you installed the cameras, then you do have an account.

If you are wanting to purchase a subscription, then try logging into my.arlo.com on a PC (NOT your phone or tablet).  If the cameras are shared with you (that is, you have a "friend" account), then make sure you are getting the plan using the primary account (where the cameras were installed).

But first check that you are in a country where Arlo offers subscriptions:

You have the unlimited camera plan. Which of your cameras is saying that it does not have a subscription?
