Local account already has all cameras connected. Added ARLO service on 12/1/22, to save pictures/ videos up to 30 days for $9.99/month. According to ARLO, there are no devices connected to this account.

Did you purchase the subscription from the primary account? Or did you purchase from a "friend" account.
