External blurred due to weather

Hi,

I raised this back in April and arlo sent a replacement but it’s now apparent my issue is a lack of ability for ultra 2 to function externally with in winter conditions.

my cameras are constantly blurred in the evenings now winter has set it. But these cameras are supposed to be internal and external so what is the solution here.

Is there condensation on the lens?
