My lights flicker as if connected but don't charge

Flickering may imply a poor connection someplace - it should be either on or off. When first attaching external power the LED should briefly flash and then go off until the battery is fully charged. The app or web client should show the battery icon with a lightning bolt through it. What exactly are you seeing?
