I purchase the Arlo Ultra 2, 3 Camera Kit from Best Buy and it is supposed to have a 3-month trial included, but I do not see a code to redeem. I also cannot find any instructions on how to redeem. I have created an account and would like to complete the setup of my cameras but cannot get past the add a plan section.

If you are in a country where Arlo offers a subscription, the cameras should automatically get the trial when you onboard them.

You are right. The 3-month trial did show but I had to pay for my subscription first as the hub would not connect to cameras without a subscription first. So, I wonder will the subscription I paid for start after the trial period or did I just lose money?

If you're using one of the Arlo Secure subscriptions and also use Feed to view videos, the cameras should automatically be migrated to your paid subscription since they are for unlimited cameras.
