Base station install

Trying to install my base station. According to my phone I am connected to Wi-Fi. My base station is not connecting. It connected once and I went through the prompts including naming my base satiation and clicked finish and lost connection

I assume it's a VMB5000 SmartHub (check the bottom of the hub on the sticker to be sure). What is the LED on the hub showing? Does the hub show in your account?
