cannot open camera

The battery of one if my arlo ultra vmc5040 camera is low BUT I cannot open it as it stucks! The camera is in absolut good condition and also looks like new product as it has always been protected from weather and rain. No clue why I cannot ipen it to charge the battery! And I also did not find ANY SUPPORT hint, help how to solve this problem. Did someone out there had this problem too and can help me solve mine? Thanks in advance!

The o-ring that provides the weather sealing can make it tough to extract the camera from the case. I usually hold the camera in one hand and "throw" it into my other hand (not literally throw but keep it held in that hand) until the weight of the camera overcomes the friction. Once separated, you might want to use a light greasing of that o-ring with a silicone grease to ease that friction.
