Cannot hard reset Arlo Ultra 2

After all my Arlos (ultra2, pro2, pro4) went down this week, I have been able to bring everything back up by hard reset except for one Ultra2.

For this Ultra2, I removed it from my device list and press and hold the sync button for 30sec+. But I get no amber light. Just the blue light blinks every few seconds.  I have tried using different fully charged battery, removed the battery and left it overnight, restarted my basestations but I cannot get it to factory reset.

Is there any other trick that I am missing?

That sounds like a failure in the camera. Use Settings, Support to select the camera model. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support.
