Can't see recordings Ultra 2 camera and smart hub

Have a Ultra 2 camera connected to a smart hub with a memory card.
About a week ago, I could no longer view anything on the memory card.
I reset everything and no help.
Any ideas on what's going on?

  1. What happens when you try?
  2. Was your account just migrated from "Library" to the newer "Feed" interface?
  3. Have you tried ejecting the card from the app, and then connecting it to a PC?  Then look for recordings - that will help sort out whether you have  a recording problem or a playback problem?
