cannot see my Library of videos

I suddenly as of yesterday cannot see my library of videos.  This has always been a free service for 2 weeks worth of videos.  Am I the only one or did Arlo change this?

The Ultra 2 camera has always required a subscription to get any cloud recording.  This is the case for all currently sold cameras - Arlo stopped offering free cloud recording on new models back in 2018.

 

FWIW, the free recording feature is still provided for the cameras that do provide it (Pro, Pro 2, and some others).  But it has only given 7-day retention, not two weeks.

 

Can you double-check the camera models and the base model that you own?  There are some current issues with the 7-day storage with Pro and Pro 2 cameras, and it would be useful to know if that is what you actually own.
