Can't see recordings Ultra 2 camera and smart hub

Have a Ultra 2 camera connected to a smart hub with a memory card.
About a week ago, I could no longer view anything on the memory card.
I reset everything and no help.
Any ideas on what's going on?

- What happens when you try?
- Was your account just migrated from "Library" to the newer "Feed" interface?
- Have you tried ejecting the card from the app, and then connecting it to a PC? Then look for recordings - that will help sort out whether you have a recording problem or a playback problem?
