We just bought a Arlo 2 ultra kit, I can’t get the hub to connect during installation. I’ve made a port forward on 80,123,443. I am still not able to get it to work, I’ve tried Arlo eu support Friday and today, it’s been impossible to reach them. Do you have any tips on what I am doing wrong?

Then remove the forwarding.  It's almost never needed.

Is this a used hub, or is it new?

Is the hub showing up in your router's attached device list? 

What is the LED status?
