Choose the base station to eliminate a subscription. Not able to connect the doorbell to our setup and also not able to share from the initial persons set up. We have done the invite but nothing is added to the second account and no devices are found.

Are you the person who initially set up the system or are you someone who was granted access via a guest account? Only the primary (original) user can add devices.
When sharing cameras all users must see the same thing on their accounts. The current app supports 2 different user interfaces (UIs). The old UI uses Library to view recordings while the new one uses Feed. If anyone sees Library, they need to migrate their accounts to use the new UI. This can be done by choosing to install a Pro 5, security system or any 2nd generation Essential cameras even though you have none. The migration happens first after which you can just back out of the bogus install.
When everyone is on the new UI, any person who is viewing shared cameras need to click on Home near the top of the screen and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets a default Home location so they have to choose the Home of the person sharing the cameras. Renaming Home makes it easier to decide what to select.
