Any ideas how to get 4k back? And has anybody else experienced loss of all devices including hub. Only device that was left intact was Chime2 that was added to other hub (household wifi).
Now there is only 2k recording option when it should read 4k. Also when viewing online I can only see 2k badge.

I have only 2k subscription but shouldn't local live (and recordings) still have 4k option? At least it was like that before.
