Arlo Ultra 2 Spotlight Camera went offline

I purchased an Arlo Ultra 2 about two weeks ago and it's been working fine. This morning I checked the app and was informed that the camera was offline. I removed it and attempted to re-connect without success. I followed all the instructions but my app said it was unable to detect the camera. Remember I previously installed this camera so I know how to connect it to the base. I have another camera connected to my base station which is working fine but this one just suddenly stopped working. Any suggestions or is it just a defective camera?

First I'd recharge the battery, just in case.
Then try a reset.

The battery was fully charged and I did attempt a reset without success.
