Pretty straight forward. Brand new Ultra 2 plugged into solar panel, connected to Base Station recording local storage and every time motion is sensed, even briefly, it maxes out the recording at 5 mins. Doesn't matter how low sensitivity is, firmware is up to date too.
My wired doorbell camera on the same Base Station works fine.
Seems like this has happened before:
https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Pro-2/Arlo-Pro-2-Recording-5-minute-clips/m-p/1692073
Base station FW: 1.17.1.2_1157_0e6c162
Ultra 2 FW: 1.070.52.1_35_1bdb65f
Any ideas? Reached out to Arlo Support and all I got was "check the app, you can do it"

Have you removed and resynced the camera? Have you tried the reset procedure, holding the button for >15 seconds? Are you setting motion sensitivity in your modes and rules as well as tried a timed recording rather than record until motion stops?

Attempted:
- Re-sync & reset of camera
- Motion sensitivity adjusted from lowest and highest. Night and day
- Timed recordings work fine but I'd rather let motion/activity dictate recording length
Exact same camera with same settings works perfectly fine at rear of property.
